There is an element of "shoot the messenger", and that's inVdaily, but hello, it was the club owners who wrote the message. InVdaily gave them the opportunity to do that, and for us to read it.
We have the same right to read and comment as the club owners used when they were here. Moaning because everyone didn't suddenly tumble all their way and break out applause isn't cool.
This wasn't intended for anyone to "win" as the staff here took a neutral stance, but it was to allow people to comment and be informed about an issue everyone is talking about.

A key grabber is a device to get your ip without you knowing and then they match it with people you think is their alt. You can grap a whole room of ip addresses at one time. This practice has been going on at Jakes and Tainted Boys. People are saying Eddi has been doing this at blu too.

Here we go again. I bet Eddi is involved in this also. Time will see. Stop bringing the drama into clubs. I see another distaster merge on the way.
I dunno, Luca and Rocco like to follow ambulances to disaster sites. If there has been a calamity, you can be sure they are looting the wreckage like vultures looking for an advantage to themselves. After what they did to DEVILinside, positively radioactive, like Laurel and Hardy with syphillis.
I wanted to give Tainted Boys a fair go, see how it turned out. If those two are there, I'm not.
I'm just plain disappointed in all of this, and see it as just another example of why economies all over the world are melting down, right now; people are, and have been, putting personalities before principles, and the result is plain to see, nationwide in America, and world wide, as well. The ego is a good thing, when tempered with humility and respect; when not, it runs rampant, invades every facet of one's dealings with life, and becomes the motivator and moderator of all that one does.
Time for business owners in SL to try some of what our world needs so badly... love, love, love, mutual respect, remembrance of whom the businesses are really counting on, for their success, and some good old fashioned idealistic altruism.
I'll miss High Energy, it was a stunning and hugely fun venue, while it lasted. I like all the guys I've met on both sides of the issues, find positive things about all of them, and choose to ignore the weaknesses we all share. Who among us, after all, has not felt jealousy, overinflated our own ego, taken ourselves too seriously, or unfairly attacked a friend, at some time in our existence?
Time, I think, to forgive, to forget, to focus on that which builds us up, and let go of that which tears us down, and go forward... I hope the next #1 Club in SL has a dance platform with my name on it, and a nightly crowd of awesome men from all over planet earth, with whom to share my feeble wit, my ready grin, and my silly giggle. Until then, see you here and there.

I do not suffer from bipolar, I live with it. And the comment wasn't from me. I suspect it was an anonymous comment from Eddi, but have no proof. I do not have a degree in psychiatry and even if I did, I would not be able to diagnose online. That is for medical professionals to determine. This is not about someone's mental health, it is about a failed merger and how Second Life clubs need to improve. No further comments about any mental health issues will be allowed.

Who's perfect? Who cares. It would be really boring with all perfect behaving people in sl & rl. I've always been kinda attracted to the flaws of people. It makes both worlds interesting. I also know behind every virtual beauty is a good person with flaws and their own set of problems. Me included. I'm not here to hate anyone, judge and hold grudges. I'll save that for my rl lol. Like my neighbors dog barking all night long and giving me dark under eye circles (Fucking dogs). Everything is fixable and everyone over reacts to things differently. On the Club High Energy Incident

Let me begin by saying that I am truly sorry to Club High Energy club goers that they no longer have a club to go to. It was a great club.
However, my ownership of the club lapsed a month ago. I have no interest in being a club owner. I was not privy to decisions made the new owners, was surprised at the Club High Energy /Tainted boys merger, but was willing to support it as needed.
I was not part of any decisions taken by any of the club owners last week. I did meet with the managers since Jason Feingold asked me to manage the club on October 4.
After the sale of Club High Energy, I continued to support it financially by giving Jason Feingold financial subsidies to the amount of at least 4,000 a week, work at the club salary free, and agree to the use of my list. I also funded club videos and a blog. I do have a financial statement, I am willing to make this available, but I must first check privacy issues on the transmission of content.
I told Jason that I would continue to support the new owners in September financial until their rental income kicked in.
However, I made a mistake . Jason was not ready to manage the club on his own. His temper and mood swings, as his ex partner reports in his blog, seemed to get worst. I now realize Jason was not ready to run a club. I take full responsibility for selling him this club, when in fact I should not have, although to be honest, his behavior deteriorated after the sale and throughout September.
I urged Jason to get rest and do something about his problems.
However, I liked Jason. And I feel bad for him.
Speaking of privacy, it has come to my attention that Club High Energy was bugged after the sale. Conversations were recorded by chat bug and other device; public allusions to this are being made available in group chat. I can say no more about this since, since I have asked Second Life to investigate this. I am absolutely appalled by this.
One publication has been seeking to gain from this unfortunate incident by running hand selected and hurtful personal attacks against me, even though they state that I was not directly involved in the incident. The claim that since I comments have coming in about me, it is their right to run whatever malicous and unsubstantiated they want.
I do not agree. I feel that this violates the following Second Life term of use statement:
iv) take any action or upload, post, e-mail or otherwise transmit Content as determined by Linden Lab at its sole discretion that is harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, causes tort, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable.
Since individuals in the world are downloading these comments, this publication does not have a right to post whatever they want, and is in violaton of the terms of agreement. I believe that the location of information that is written and ported about inworld activities is not of material issue. I have asked Second Life to investigate this, and come up with a ruling in this matter.
They have also been running comments about the psychiatric state of several of the parties involved. , which is highly irresponsible. Only a medical professional can determine this, and you simply don’t run attacks like this against people in order to increase your circulation and ad revenue. In fact, this could by high damaging to any individual’s well being. One has strong reactions to seeing something in writing, and anyone who does this in a widely circulated publication should be ashamed of themselves.
I gave this publication a chance to take down offensive and immaterial comments about me and others. They refused to do so, and ran increasingly negative attacks about myself and others after admitting I was not part of the incident.
And I believe, after seeing a professional examination of the structure of the comments, that they are coming from a handful of people. I know that they are being selective over what they determine will run.
At first, they agreed to stop publishing negative comments about me. But this is not enough. Here is what i asked for:
1.Retract any comment that is not directly related to the incident, especially those that are designed to hurt and are slanderous.
2. Apologize in general (not me) about any hurt feelings
3. Agree never to do this again, run blog attacks designed to hurt people to benefit their readership and advertising revenue.
They refused to do so.
The editor threatened to run two years worth of attacks on me unless I ceased my complaints. Well, those of you who know me know that this is something I cannot do.
It is because of this that I have formed a new organization, Second Life Coalition for Responsible Publishing, and have called for a boycott of any October advertiser of theirs that renews in November unless this publication changes their harmful editorial policy.
I originally sent a texture file to 6 people on Sunday, October 5.
Well, due to viral marketing, it is now in the hands of thousands of residents (yes, with a typo!).
I am proud of my decision here and ask you to contact their existing advertisers. Remember that you can be a target next.

Yes, I know Eddi too, and that's him. I had written a number of comments defending him. I might have been wrong, not completely, but you know.
All I will say is that some play Second Life like a game of Monopoly. It's a grab for influence by scheming and dirty tricks. Even if you bring a club under your wing, clubs come and go. Even if you influence a person, alliances change. And then comes the back-stabbing and recriminations among them. It's like a hamster on a constantly rotating wheel. As a business man in SL, the note cards I have gotten from people that willilicious georgette wrote to boycott my business, I find very distasteful and outright agaist the TOS.
They claim inV is at fault? I don't think so! Using business people that have totally NOTHING to do with this and sending out boycotts agaist there business is just wrong!
I have ban all involved ( not inV) from all 4 of my sims. I have as well turned in to Govern Linden all information I have about your so called Boycott on my business as well as many others.

I am SO fucking tired of hearing about this stuff. It makes for a very non-enjoyable time when I am in SL.
People grow apart. Friendships dissolve. Partnerships, both personal and business, come and go. Stop pointing fingers and antagonizing the situation. It only makes it worse when you do. You are all grown adults, so act like it. Why waste precious energy and time fussing about it(especially if you are not directly involved)?
If this is meant to resolve in a positive way, then Trace, Adonis, Jason, etc. will work it out to be so. It is THEIR ordeal to work through and not ours. Sure, as club patrons we can care and share thoughts and concerns, but the feedback we give out as friends, club patrons, etc. needs to be way more positive. That will go a lot further with those involved than the negative comments are doing right now.
Their friendships and business endeavors did not work. Sadly, it happens more often than not in SL. Get over it and on to the next best thing. MOVE ON.

When I asked Eddi about them, he said someone hacked his computer. I didn't show Eddi those pics on SL, I showed him those pics on yahoo messenger, so that means they were uploaded to SL.
inVd: In addition this massive violation of your trust, you also learned that information about your health had been shared without your permission. How does this make you feel?
Aiddyn McCullough: I really only told my closest friends, and people that I trust. At first its not a big deal.. and I guess its really not. It's the principal of the fact that things were said about me.
inVd: During the course of your relationship, you were used for several purposes. Can you expound on what you were asked to do?
Aiddyn McCullough: I had just started working at Zippers before Eddi and I started dating. While I was there, Jake obviously was upset at me. Then when Eddi found out that Zippers was a "sister" club to Jakes.. I was asked to spy. I quit Zippers to reduce the chance of drama.
inVd: How old did Eddi tell you he was in RL?
Aiddyn McCullough: I dont recall an exact age, but from what I remember.. like 34-37? Something along those lines. But I've heard otherwise.
