Grampian Estate
The Grampian Estate; an exciting approach to land sales and rentals catering for the gay community and our friends. Ian Bartfeld takes pride over his estate and with the help of his managers Othon Weiland & Tempete Bellman, we offer a valuable service, ensuring every single landowner and resident, is looked after and supported by us.
So why are we different? Ian, Othon & Tempete live on the estate and are on hand everyday to assist our landowners. We provide a family atmosphere and all landowners get a say on the running of the estate. Any major changes have to be agreed by all landowners and residents. Ian also provides a true financial statement open to all for viewing, every month to highlight the financial affairs of the estate. In short we can provide proof that we are a SAFE and SECURE estate.
Grampian Pride Land is our tropical sim, based on the canary island of Gran Canaria. Its centre piece is an extinct volcano, with private sandy beach bays of all different sizes, and unspoiled views. Each bay is ready landscaped with beautiful palm arrangements, plants and waterfalls. A true and beautifully landscaped tropical island. Grampian Isles, is our homestead sim and is home to three of our private tropical islands. the surrounding waters are open to our residents for sailing and swimming. Grampian Pride Bay is our Scottish themed forested. In the centre a magnificent large waterfall, and large river. You can also see several smaller streams flowing into the main river. This sim is made mainly of oak, linden and pines trees. The main river is our location for the 7 Seas Fishing game and also our monthly parties.

I have to say, I have visited Grampian Estates on many occasions and have always been impressed with the welcoming feeling there. Ian does a fabulous job of landscaping the sims. He is very personable and treats all his landowners with respect. Everyone there is very friendly, I guess that it why I tend to hang out there so much. LOL.

While I don't live there I have visited this beautiful place. Ian has done a fantastic job in the landscaping. The attention to detail is outstanding. His hand built waterfalls throughout the sims is nothing short of amazing. Keep up the incredible work Ian.
